Can multiple founders participate together?
Yes. The assessment can include input from multiple founders. When more than one founder responds, the report can optionally include alignment insights — showing where perspectives converge or diverge across leadership. This is particularly valuable for co‑founder teams.
How accurate is the Innovation Survivability Index™?
The ISI™ uses bias adjustment and a structured scoring algorithm built on practitioner experience. It reflects rigorous analytical modelling but does not guarantee a venture's outcome — it is a structural diagnostic, not a forecast. The value lies in identifying specific weaknesses before they become expensive problems.
Is this investment or financial advice?
No. VentureProof provides structural diagnostics for decision support. It is not an investment advisory, financial advisory, or legal service. All decisions based on the report remain solely with you and your advisors.
How is my information kept confidential?
All submitted data is handled as strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties. It is not used for model training, for any secondary purpose, or for any purpose other than generating your structural report. You retain full ownership of your data.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available if requested before you begin completing the diagnostic submission form. Once the form is started, the review process is initiated and refunds are not available, as each review is manually conducted. Contact info@getventureproof.com with any questions.
How long does the diagnostic take?
The 30‑question diagnostic typically takes 25–30 minutes. You can pause and resume within the same browser session, but we recommend completing it in one sitting for the most accurate responses.
When will I receive my report?
Reports are delivered within 48 hours of diagnostic submission (excluding weekends). You will receive a PDF via the email address you provide during the diagnostic process.
How is VentureProof different from a mentor or advisor?
Mentors offer experience-based opinions. Advisors provide ongoing strategic guidance. VentureProof delivers a systematic, repeatable diagnostic — not an opinion.
